II. Core Working Principle

The equipment strictly follows the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) principle, and uses the unique affinity of adsorbents (molecular sieves, activated alumina, etc.) for water vapor to adsorb moisture in compressed air. The whole machine adopts a dual-tower structure design. Under the precise control of a fully electronic programmable logic controller, the two towers work alternately in a cycle:

1. Adsorption drying stage

2. Desorption regeneration stage: The other tower introduces a small amount of self-produced dry air as regeneration gas under lower pressure to desorb the moisture adsorbed in the adsorbent and take it out of the system, completing the regeneration of the adsorbent;

The two towers alternately perform adsorption and regeneration processes to realize continuous and uninterrupted output of dry compressed air, ensuring the stability and continuity of production gas supply.

III. Core Design Features

• Advanced pressure swing adsorption technology: Adopting short-cycle adsorption cycle to realize isothermal operation, 100% preserving adsorption heat, with excellent natural desorption effect and high drying efficiency; the cycle cycle supports on-site programming, and the factory default setting is 10 minutes or 4 minutes, which can be flexibly adjusted according to working conditions.

• Optimized tower structure design: Through precise thermal and hydraulic calculations, the tower bed has low resistance, sufficient contact time between air flow and adsorbent, ensuring stable drying effect; the adsorbent filling amount is extremely sufficient, which can ensure that the outlet air dew point reaches the industry leading level.

• Intelligent control system: Equipped with a fully electronic programmable logic controller with a friendly human-machine interface, which can actively and continuously display the working conditions of the two towers; it has accurate action, stable performance, simple operation and no need for special personnel on duty.

• Ultra-long service life design: The inner wall of the cylinder is treated with cold galvanizing anti-corrosion, which can ensure no corrosion for 10 years; the intake/regeneration valve system adopts 4-valve or 3-valve structure with reliable operation, and the valve life is up to 500,000 actions; the preferred valve form ensures the feasibility and convenience of on-site maintenance and replacement.

• Precise regeneration gas control: Equipped with a high-precision two-way regulating valve for regeneration gas to ensure continuous and stable regeneration air flow, and the regeneration pressure can be as low as the critical value; the moisture content at the regeneration gas outlet is controlled in a saturated state, completely eliminating the hidden danger of condensation in the muffler and exhaust passage.

• Strong expandability: Reserved interfaces for low-load regeneration energy-saving control and dew point online detection, which can upgrade functions according to customer needs, further reduce operating energy consumption, and realize intelligent monitoring and management.
