II. Core Working Principle
The hybrid energy-saving dryer adopts an advanced process of three-stage cooling + one-stage reheating to achieve efficient and deep drying of compressed air:
Primary preliminary cooling: The hot saturated compressed air first enters the primary cooler, exchanges heat with natural temperature cooling circulating water, and completes preliminary cooling;
Gas-gas heat exchange pre-cooling: The preliminarily cooled compressed air enters the gas/gas heat exchanger, and conducts secondary heat exchange with the subsequent dried low-temperature gas, and the temperature further drops;
Secondary ultimate cooling: The pre-cooled compressed air enters the secondary cooler, conducts a third heat exchange with the frozen water generated by compressor refrigeration, cools to below the dew point temperature, and precipitates a large amount of condensed water;
Gas-water separation and drainage: Part of the condensed water formed after cooling is directly discharged from the automatic drainage device at the bottom of the cooler, and the remaining water flows into the high-efficiency gas-water separator with the gas, and is completely separated and discharged out of the system through the automatic drainage device;
Reheating and discharge: The dried low-temperature compressed air after cooling and separation enters the gas/gas heat exchanger again, exchanges heat with the high-temperature gas after primary cooling, and is discharged after the temperature rises moderately for workshop production use.
The product adopts a unique pre-cooling and reheating device design, so that the saturated hot compressed air entering the dryer goes through three cooling and one heating processes successively, and finally outputs high-quality dry compressed air with extremely low absolute water content (dew point) and relative humidity.
