II. Core Working Principle

The non-powered energy-saving dryer performs heat exchange between cooling circulating water and hot saturated compressed air to rapidly cool the compressed air; the cooled compressed air passes through a cyclone gas-water separation device to efficiently separate the liquid water in it; then it further filters the oil impurities in the compressed air through a precision filter, and finally the separated water and oil are discharged out of the system through an automatic drain valve, so as to obtain clean and dry compressed air and ensure the cleanliness and stability of the production gas in the workshop.

The product adopts a unique pre-cooling and reheating device design, which makes the saturated hot compressed air entering the dryer go through two cooling processes and one heating process successively, and finally outputs high-quality dry compressed air with extremely low absolute water content (dew point) and relative humidity at the dryer exhaust port.
